Starboard Loses Effort to Gain Huntsman Board Seats

Activist hedge fund Starboard Value LP's efforts to gain four seats on the board of chemical producer Huntsman Corp. have failed, with Huntsman saying shareholders elected the company's 10-member slate of nominees.
